DGA graduate Arkadiusz Mironko discusses his book “Determinants of FDI Flows Within Emerging Economies: A Case Study of Poland”.
Slides from the presentation: PPT - March 31, 2015
Part of Palgrave Macmillan’s series “Studies in Economic Transition”, the book analyzes and identifies the location patterns of FDI across different regions in Poland and strives to determine the supporting motives behind location choices of foreign companies. The study also identifies the leading foreign firms present in Poland and examines whether their presence has an effect on the location choices of smaller foreign firms from the same industry.
Dr. Mironko is currently the Executive Director for Graduate Business Programs at the University of California-Riverside. More information on Dr. Mironko’s book can be found here.
